Text: Blitz was an open-source JavaSpaces implementation by Dan Creswell — the first Jini 2.x compliant JavaSpace available under an open-source license. Distinguished itself from Sun's reference implementation (Outrigger) by supporting tunable persistence via Berkeley DB, smart indexing, and embeddable mode. Long inactive.
